Tuesdays 4th & 11th October at 7 - 8:30pm UK time | £55
Imagine being able to show up in the world being unapologetically yourself, able to make the decisions that are truly right for you...without all the self-doubt and fear holding you back.
This workshop is for you if:
You sometimes lie in bed at night going over what you should have said or done.
You find yourself saying what you think you should say, rather than what's true for you.
You procrastinate over decisions in your life, big and small.
You feel frustrated that there are things you want to do, but your lack of confidence holds you back.
We'll teach you how to get clear on what inner confidence looks like to you.
...And how you can begin to take aligned action so that things start to shift.
What to expect:
The workshop is split across 2 evenings on Zoom, on Tuesdays 4th & 11th October at 7 - 8:30pm UK time, with recordings available if needed.
This is not a 'how to own the room' workshop. Through real examples and the sharing of tools, we'll be delving into some of our collective beliefs around confidence, how to listen to yourself and the power of bringing micro decisions into your life.
We'll walk you through:
How to recognise patterns of self-doubt that aren't serving you, so you become aware of your processes.
How to reframe your thoughts, so you begin to see yourself & your confidence differently.
How to identify the actions you can take to start creating new neural pathways, so you can begin to change your behaviour.
This is a practical workshop, filled with live exercises, prompts and real examples. There will be plenty of space for personal reflection. You'll develop a solid understanding of how you can apply what we explore to your life and you'll leave with the tools you need to connect to your confidence.
What if your inner confidence has been there all along, you just need to learn how to tap into it?
